We are located on Lake Robinson in Taylors, SC. Our address is 1390 Groce Meadow Road, Taylors, SC 29687. Our tiny house village boasts mountain and lake views and is only 15 minutes from Downtown Greenville!

How much does it cost to live at farmers cove?
Monthly Lot Rent is $450.00 (this includes water, electric, internet/basic cable, trash, full landscaping, and access to all amenities). Each house includes a refrigerator, stove and microwave (washer/dryers are not included).
What kind of homes are for sale?
The Cedar House Model I is a unique tiny home model that we offer at Farmer’s Cove. You can view more details here.
How Much is a tiny home?
The Cedar House Model 1 is $145,000 for cash sales, $155,000 if financing on your own or through Farmers Cove. All sales have a $30,000 minimum downpayment.
Is financing available?
Yes. You may choose to use outside financing, and we are also offer “owner financing” with a minimum of $30,000 down. Please contact us if you are interested in owner financing.
Do you have homes for Rent?
Farmer’s Cove does not currently manage any rentals for this community.
What is a land lease?
Farmer’s Cove land leases provide all the benefits of a carefully and professionally-managed HOA without the risk of costly assessments. The maintenance of all land, common property, landscaping, infrastructure, roads, and amenities is included in your land lease. Farmer’s Cove offers fully flexible land leases so you can stay for a year, or for a lifetime. Your land lease ends when you sell your home – on your own terms.
Can I bring my pets?
Absolutely! Farmer’s Cove loves your furry friends and welcomes most breeds of dogs and cats. Please refer to our Pet Policy for more information. Residents are responsible for disposing of pet waste in the designated pet waste stations.
