What's included as a resident at FC?
Residents pay a monthly fee that covers water, electric, internet/basic cable, trash, full landscaping, and access to all amenities. For cost details, please contact us with the form below.

What kind of homes are for sale?
We offer residents a premium selection of Clayton Park Model Homes. Clayton park model are built with higher standards than most PMRVs, using top‑quality materials and superior appliances. See our available models above.
How much is a tiny home?
We offer base models starting at $150k
Is financing available?
We do not currently offer owner financing. We recommend financing through 21st Century or Triad Financial; both are trusted options for Park Model Homes. Most require at least 10% down. Visit their sites for pre-approval.
Do you have homes for rent?
Yes. Please contact us to learn more about our available homes for rent.
Do you have short-term rentals?
Farmers Cove homes are not available for nightly or monthly rental. Subleasing is not permitted.
Can I bring my pets?
Absolutely! Farmer’s Cove loves your furry friends and welcomes most breeds of dogs and cats. Residents are responsible for disposing of pet waste in the designated pet waste stations.
